Mad!!!

Ok, guys idk what happened, bt i had my t722i on the table, and out of no where, i open it up, and discover that it's cracked! I'm looking at it like 'WHAT IS THIS!?!?' So, i noticed in the first place this happened) some white discoloration on the screen, i didnt think that it would pose a problem, so i just said ahh, forgert it. But then this happened. Well i ontacted the lady who i bought it from (RLC06 [Ebay & AIM]) who was very, very uncoopertive. So, basicly what im saying here is, where can i get a new one? I lost all trust in ebay and dont want to pay that much. ALSO, I DONT WANT TO REPLACE THE LCD MY SELF, i have had bad experences w/ this! So, the lady sent me the phone in aftermarket housing, and noone will touch it! I need help, what do i do?!?! BAD WEEK!!!

you might be able to recover your money, file a report on e-bay and wait to see if they can do anything.
