Just to clarify (mobile tools on v265)

Hey, I just wanted to make sure I'd get full functionality out of this software on my phone. I was looking to buy one on ebay and it said that some functions only work with some phones. I have a motorola v265, and I wanted to find out for CERTAIN what functions will work on my phone. Can I make and store ringtones on it? On one auction I was viewing it didnt have my phone on the list of phones capable of this feature. I just want to clarify what I can get out of the software before I buy it.
