Motorola I275 usb cable problem NEXTEL

Just bought the I275 with the usb cable, can't find any drivers to get my computer to recognize it. Battery doesn't last for beans, 2days tops with being on for about 12-14 hrs a day with not alot of talking going on. Any help would be appreciated. Or advice.
