JDXray, make sure if your phone is a Cingular or not. I had the same problem, but when I checked my SIM card, it had TMobile on it! Then I called up TMobile and have them set up my WAP configuration, 'cause my phone does not support TMobile's TZONE.

it is Cingular.
When you flip the fone open and on the bottom of the fone it says V600 is that unlocked?HTC MDA

My phone showed cingular on the main page, but it was TMobile. Unlocked phones can really trick you.

I am pretty sure mine is Cingular. I get the Cingular Bill every month and i call them a few times. How does the web browser work? can you surf everywhere? And how do they charge you? Free?

I think that must be a common mistake, I did the same thing after checking it several times over a 2-3 day period & all of a sudden it was like the light bulb going off in my head while reading another settings list somewhere
