Deleting songs,pics,themes..etc..

Hey all.. I was downloading songs onto my phone and after downloading the 8th song... my phone ran out of space... Is there any way i could delete the pre-programmed ringtones... i.e., Fluid, Rhythmic, Bubble..etc... My cell is a v180..Thanx for any advice!

On my Moto V220 are some stock pics on there that I don't want that Motorola or Cingular put on there like cartoon type images. How would I use the PST to remove those. I tried using to program & can't figure out what to do. Thanks for any info...
