ive got a motorola razor and about 15 minutes ago it starts tweeking out on me!! ive had it for a month and this has never happened before, when the phone is closed theres no noise or beeping and the outside display looks normal, but as soon as i open it up the numbers 4 and 3 keep dialing and the volume display will come up and the volume will go up and down!! i open my phone and within 10 seconds my screen looks like this

    4444334443434444444

i took off the battery and took the sim card out and turned it back on after a few minutes and it was still doing it......any suggestions before i destroy this ****er?

obviously defective, you do have a 1 year warranty on it, where did you buy it from and how long ago?

the worst thing about is that Motorola USA will not cover it under their warranty because it's from overseas...

my friend's Razr is about 6 months old and his phone just started acting up this past week, that's just the way it is with electronic devices.

try taking the sim card out and re-inserting again and see if that helps.
