i got a v3 and i'm trying to connect it to my pc using a usb and motorola phone tool v3 my device is installed in my pc but mpt3 cannot connect to my phone....need help plzzzz......just got my phone....i connected once but it was disconnected after a few minutes....
Try to pull out the cable and reconnect. I have seen it happen a few times and plugging it back on made it work. Also make sure you have updated your MPT to the latest version (maybe 3.25). In the worst case, uninstall and reintall MPT.
How did you connect the USB port? In front of your computer, or in back? If you tried in front, try the back, vica-versa. Tappy's suggestion works, too.
