Why is almost every software excluding V555?

only messenger i am able to use is yahoo! and nearly every place has excluded V555. I know it is an upgrade to V551 but sometimes i get "File Not Supported" at sites. Anyone know where i can get aim mobile? AOL alone just says blah blah, no downloads...
