Lockline insurance with v3 razor

Ok, so I got fooled by one of the reps and got lockline. I found out that cingular discontinued the lockline insurance with v3 phones. What I really wanted to do though, was to report the razor lost twice. What phone would I get if the razor got lost or stolen?

All these cell phone insurance has a deductible. So please check that. You may need to provide proof of loss like police report, etc. Usually 'same' replacement is provided or paid for. You should read the terms of the insurance.

Most likely Cingular will tell you that your phone is not covered by insurance, they'll probably just refund what you paid for insurance, but then you might get lucky.

my plan was to report it lost, tell show cingular receipt. Hoping that theyll give me a new razor, Im good a talking so i was gonna bs them saying why did cingular let me pay for lockline on a phone that is not covered?
Either way, I wouldve sold the phone that was reported stolen on ebay twice. and keep the last one, but im gonna call cingular right now and complain why they let me get lockline on a phone thats not covered.

So what you're telling everyone here is that you're planning to steal...
not only from Cingular but if you managed to sell your phone on E-Bay also from the person buying the phone being that a phone that has been reported stolen would be on a black list...i should banned you on that principal alone.

lockline will tell you it was cingulars mistake and you are SOL. The best you can do is get a refund from Cingular like I did for the 5 months worth of insurance I paid for before finding out the phone was not covered.

so what if my phone breaks? Will cingular even cover another phone with the insurance plan. I did not get insurance to scam cingular, I got it just in case. The v3 is an expensive phone and I dont want to pay 300+ for one. The only reason I got it was cause I got it for free.
