the search feature is your friend. I'm going to have to claim you as a dependant on this years taxes! lol

    "flex error phone subsidy locked"
    - Open up your system files with p2kman.
    - Locate the file /a/mobile/system/secure_pds_init
    - Then delete it and restart the phone.
    - After that, change the greeting.
    - Restart the phone. The error message should be gone.

I got successful flash sign after flash was finished but I got this error log
if MFF tells u that the flash was successful and ur phone is working, there is nothing to worry about. pretty much EVERYONE gets these type of erros, and so u shouldn't read too much into it. bottom line is, if phone is working fine, then it's all good.

the message will keep coming back unless you delete that file 1st. delete it, then the message, then restart the phone.

don't forget the keypad has a light sensor, it will not come on if your in a well lit area.

the reason you don't have but 7xxx of memory is becouse you stopped after the monster pack. The C3R reflash gives you the extra memory and the multi letter search.

no none. you used a cingular monster pack. those settings should not have chaged.
do you know how to check them?

    settings/web access/web sesions

you should have one named either cingular or media net, make sure it has a check beside it.

there should also be a mms entry.

    are you getting an error?
