Error when installing Motorola Phone Tools

I'm getting this error when trying to install the Motorola Mobile Phone Tools software. Has anyone else gotten this?

Do you have admin rights on your computer?

Yes I do. I actually got it working on an old Win ME computer I have set up for my gf. Just to discover that this software doesn't do what I wanted it to do anyways (trying to add ringtones/wallpaper to a Motorola T730/T720c )

I would try and do a search on what that error means you may find it to be something really simple, if you can't find it on the windows help do a google search

I'm not worried about it now, since I've discovered that software is useless to me anyways (it can't add ringtones or wallpapers on a T730/720).
