I have tried everything!!!!

I have tried MPT and P2k..I can not get anything to work on my phone. I am currently running windows XP my computer says its a motorola modem and is under the modems in my device manager...But then it says it doesn't know what it is when i plug it in my comp. So i am totally lost and furstrated with this any Ideas?

when windows detects new hardware, and brings up the new hardware wizard, point it to the location of the drivers. You can try either the MPT folder location or the P2K folder location. Once windows goes through the wizard and the hardware is ready to be used, you should not have a problem.
Make sure that you have run the update for MPT to update to the latest version so that it has the drivers for all latest version phones.
