How To Send Real Music Ringtones On Your Phone

yes i carry a v180 a razr and v400 and i wanna send real music tones but i wanna make my own it doesnt seem hard iv decreased the time too 20 seconds and then send it still doesnt work but there was another thread for griffanz and i went to his site downloaded a ringtone SEND it and it worked CAN u guys please fill me in ON all the info thank u very much
