    I have a Motorola T720 through Cingular. I am interested in getting a Razr, but have 12 months left on my original contract. If I buy an unlocked Razr, can I put the SIM from my T720 in it and then be able to use the Razr?

    Are there any negatives from buying/using an unlocked phone?
