Motorola V265 Sound Question

Hey, my cell is being odd with sound. The volume is up all the way and I can't hear anything. It's not that it just doesn't ring almost none of the sounds on the phone work. I can't listen to my ringtones or anything. It did this once before and I brought it to Alltel and the guy (who was an ass) played with it handed it back and it was fine. But in his rudeness he never showed me what he did. Any help would be great.

Had a similar prob w/my v330 try doing a master reset your code should be 000000 you can access this trough your main menu/settings/initial set up/master reset
