I am a complete novice with regard to smartphones. Recently acquired unlocked A1000. I am unable to use email and internet facilities. Local telephone company (Cyprus) tell me that I need to debrand (from 3) before I can configure phone for these services. Is this correct? If so, where can I debrand A1000, because every advertised debranding service tells me that they cannot do the A1000.
