HELP!! Problem with v600 & file transfer with bluetooth

Hey everybody, I am so glad I found this website. It seem that many of you guys here know what you all are talking about. Brings a smile on my face because there is hope here that my problem can be resolved.

Here it goes...I have a Motorola V600 with Cingular. Bluetooth Link is through DLink. I have XP Pro SP2. I have had this phone for nearly one year. I have been able to transfer .mp3 ringers and photos from PC to PHONE. I havent been able to use my bluetooth adapter for a couple months because my USB card messed up. Well, I went ahead and got it connected. I have had the bluetooth software on my computer since I bought the DLink adapter last December. Well, I connected the DLink adapter today and tried to transfer some .mp3 ringers although I am getting this message...

-- CLICK ON THUMBNAIL TO VIEW FULL IMAGE SIZE.

I have set up the phone a number of times with a passkey and with no passkey. Neither seems to work.

I have searched the internet for OBEX related problems and nothing seems to fit what I am looking for. If anybody here can help me out...in any way possible, I would appreciate it very very much.

I am also willing to trade ringers, music, and anything I can get a hold of if somebody here points me in the right direction to get this problem fixed.

I hate to state the somewhat obvious, but have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth software that came from DLink yet?

yea, i tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting my computer, etc, etc.

Thanks for trying to help there silver....I just fixed it though. I went ahead and did a search for OBEX File Push Profile and XP Pro SP2. Seems there was a certain way to do it to get around it and start up using it again.

By the way, if anybody here has similar problems, heres the link...
