Removing 'T Mobile' banner....V3

Where is this banner, on the smaller outside screen? I replaced mine with my own picture and my phone number is on the bottom of the picture in case it gets lost or stolen, since anyone that finds it can't easily get rid of that photo if the phone is stolen. Check this link:

You can also remove the Operator logo, time and date which clutter the main screen, which I did.
