i jsut got my e815 and was playing with it all day yesterday, amazing little peice of machinery. just once question... my keypad creaks (annoyingly) and the hinge that controls the flip aspect of the phone seems to be on the weakside, the phone is no where near as solid as my prvious samsung a670. if the creeking were to go away i could live with it. i emailed verizon about this, but what have you guys done with the same problem? i understand motorola has some quality control issues--- can i take this to a verizon outlet store and have it tightened?

i went to circuit city for a return, they did it. no more creeks
is now wha ti consider a pretty solid phone. thanks
