Ringtone problem

I have been sending mp3 ringtones to my e815 through e mail and i just recently stopped working can some one help me out

i cant send mp3's at all to mine it only takes .wav and .midi...says its a corrupted file.

try taking the battery out of the phone while its still on, put it back in and turn it on and try it again. that should fix it. if not go into a vzw store and let them know your pix messaging isnt working.

Verizon's new User Interface (UI) will not allow the sending of ringtones to the E815 via standard email anymore like you used to be able to with older phones.
