I have a motorola v600 data cable and I was wondering if I could unlock it with my data cable, if so where can I get the files to unlock it

yes you can but you still have to pay for remote unlocking where they send you the code by e-mail...

because they will have to send you the code in order to unlock it.

You can also do it yourself but you still have to pay..
