V600 Repair Parts

Can anyone tell me where I can buy repair parts for Motorola phones? I have a v600 that got wet. Phone has dried out and seems to work perfectly, except the backlight is burned out. Kind of hard to read the display!! I can't seem to find a parts breakdown anywhere either, so I'm not sure if there is just a backligt bulb that burned out, or if the whole display needs to replaced.
