T720 driver

I have searched the internet and don't really understand what I'm supposed to be looking for when it comes to drivers. I have the cable for the T720. I have plugged it into every port in the back of my PC that it will fit in. My computer won't recognize the phone. I guess I need drivers but don't know what to look for and how to install.

Can someone PLEASE help me!!!!!!!
