I have the E815 and I was wondering were on the transflash card I can put the mp3 so I can use it as a ringtone. I don’t have the cable I have the transflash card reader from Motorola and I already know how to get the song file cut to 30 seconds and bring it down to 300 kbs. I just can't get it to work as a ringtone.
Thanks for the help.

Thank jeaniesing for this, she did a good job on finding out and posting it.
Also, you can do the same thing with wallpapers, which she didn't mention.

Thanks allot I just got done reading those other threads and I'll have to give it a try tomorrow When I get to school because I have windows 98 and I can't get the drivers installed on my comp because it's weird like that.
I plugged the card reader into the USB port and that wiondow popped up looking for the drivers but I forot that u need to have the drivers on the comp ahead of time or else u can’t use the USB devise, but if you know how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again

I'm not certain what the device is (details would help) but for the most part - you can download the drivers from the manufacturer's website - then plug the sucker in, when it asks you where to look for dirvers you can direct it to the folder where you stored that driver and it will do the rest of the work
I JUST got rid of my old 98 machine, but I played with the SD transflash card reader/writer several times before I had time to set up he new machine
