I tried to get the Bluetooth working my phones last night and they wouldn't find each other. Is this a service that my provider has to turn on or is it always on? I went into the menus and turned BT on but with no success. Can someone help please. TIA

Turn your phone off and try paring again, if it pairs succesfully it should ask for the pin code..

Your SP does not have that much power over your phone. Turn the BT power off on both phones, turn the phones both off, start them back up again. AFter they're both turned on, turn the BT power back to ON. Try linkin them again.

the pin code is included in the packaging instructions and is usually "0000" no biggie ... I did it without even having to ask for Tony's help (though he did go a long way in helping me choose my phone )
