Motorola mpx 220 problems

I got an mpx 220 online and when it was sent to me the screws heads were stripped and the faceplate waqs broken. I got the facplate off but the screws are still stuck in the phone. Is there anyway to getthem out? Does any one know?

Also, i broke the faceplate off so there are little metal things holding the screws in, its not stuck directly into the plastic on the phone.

and if icant get them out can i just clip the faceplate on or will it fall off?
