webJAL issues!!

Okay. I need SERIOUS help. I was using my webJAL yesterday, working perfectly fine, uploaded new ringers for myself and my boyfriend then I go and try to start the program up today, and when I hit enter (no password/no login name) it tells me "Invalid Password with Username"...HELP!!! I've done everything I could, I removed it, and reinstalled it....did the patch, everything...I even had someone help me...and it's still giving me the same error message. I'm begging anyone who can help...PLEASE HELP!!!

Okay, now I definately know it's not ME that's messed up...I put webJAL on my mother's and father's computer and they're both coming up with the same exact "Invalid Password with Given Username" message. Is ANYONE else having this problem??? Is there a new patch out that no one has mentioned yet?
