radio frequency

hi you guys
i have a few questions. you have all probably heard the wierd noise your phone makes when recieving calls when the cell is by a radio or another phone. So the question is do you think leaving your phone by a radio very often can harm it? My cell is VERY static right now. Thanks for any help

It's just the frequency that the phones operate on and with all electronic equipment, are suppseptable to interference from other devices. Hence the fcc "heads up" on most devices and/or manuals.
