Just got an e 815 and have been playing with the camera with no problem. Now all of a sudden I take a photo and store it,,,,,,, then I go to veiw the pic and all I get is a plain blue screen. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Ugh! I'd say trade it in for another.... they should be able to transfer your data although games may be lost

That's what I am going to do because I think it is an internal problem due to the fact that even some of the photos that came preprogramed in the phone are all of a sudden missing as well. I know that I didn't reset or change anything, so I will take it back and see what they say.

I returned it this morning and they looked at it and said it was a faulty camera. She said she was surprised and said she had never seen a phone do this as of yet. Problem solved, so all is well.
