i really need help

hi i bought a used motorola v400 and it was unlocked so i bought a tmobile to go sim card for it. it works great and everything but the only problem is i cant go on the internet or download ringtones wallpapers or any of that. whe i try to like browse the web it just says "connection unsuccselsful try again later"..what can i do to get ringtones and wallpapers?

when i try to get a ringtone from my pc it sends a text message to my phone and just gives me a link to go to from my phone to get the ringtone, but i cant even get web access on my phone....

please help

if you have tmobile, you need to go to this page and read it.

yea but my phone is made by cingular so yea its kinda wierd it dosent have t zones

You need to set your v400 to use T-Mobile's browser settings in order to use T-Zones, next time do a search this information in on the sticky on top of this forum...T-Mobile configurator

yea i did it and i have t zones now but whenever i go on tzones and i select download fun, and if i select wallpapers or megatones or sumthing it says" Though your phone may be capable of recieveing ringtones and images, your phone is not currently supported. Please try again at a later date".

And if i want to use like go to url it saysyour plan does not support this feature.

so i think i have t zones but i do not have internet access?

and if i buy a usb cable to get ringtones an stuff do i need internet on my hpone?

if you can get to it then yes your browser is working, now you need to call T-Mobile and have them reprovison your settings to be able to get ringtones, wallpapers etc...

i called and they told me that t mobile does not support this phone and that the t zones is not formated for my phone , he said the only oher way could be by a third party website but when i try that...they send me a text msg with a link but i canot go on the internet to go to the link he said cus its prepaid.

so i cant posibly get ringtones wallpepers ect. on my phone?!?!

that's the driver to use with your usb cable, it's a software to transfer ringers, wallpapers, pictures, to and from your phone.....

k thanks, i already got ringtones and wallpapers on my phone but my brother wants some too, but his phone cant get mp3s. any website where i can download polyphonic ringtones to my pc?

any way i can also download games to my pc then to my phone?

oh and btw, on the program u gave me on the side of the pic of my phone it has all these icons and it has one to add images and ringtones but on the t720 it dosent have that icon.. so how can i add ringtones and wallpaper to the t720?
