I want to change from ATT to Cingular, (or to any other carrier) so that I can have a plan with national coverage instead of regional. Can I modify my Motorola StarTac TimePort to accomplish this?
I really prefer to keep that phone only because it is factory integrated to my car's stereo and nav system. Thanks for your responses.

Not worth the hassle, with today's bluetooth capabilities you're better off going that route.

Have a good one!

That's fine, however this is an open forum thus allowing me to voice my personal opinion or to simply suggest an alternate route, now i could give you some pointers and what to do with that old Timeport but again, it's not worth the hassle....you have a good one as well.
