Deleting Pictures

Hi guys,
I would just like to know how you delete the installed pictures on a V265. You know, the installed pics and the animation ones. I mark them and then I click delete marked pics and then it says deleting marked pics (#) from cellphone and then another box comes up and says deleted 0 pics from phone and nothing's been deleted. I would just like to know how to delete them, because I want to make room for actual pics I take and ring tones.

those are protected files., you'll have to teach yourself to master using the usb cable., or bluetooth? if that phone has it.

You'll have to use programs like p2kman., or other phone explorer-type program., that allows you to navigate the folder structure of the phone like windows explorer., there and only there can you do things your provider never imagined anyone to even imagine being able to do
