Flashing the flex version on V300

People are saying that you can flash the flex version on the v300 so that you can playback videos or somthing like that could someone provide me with some info on how to do this if it can even be done and when you do this can you even take video witht he built in camera??and where do i get this flex version i have the data cable to upload it with?please help
