SIM card question and MAC question

Hi,
Im in a bind, Recently ordered a razr phone and they told me to store my phone numbers to my SIM card.
Well i did this and i removed all of them from my phone book.. Question is how do i load them back from the sim card to my phone?
Im working on a v220 right now.

Another question is, Does anyone know of a program to work with my phone for Mac? if so please provide a link.

If you press the tool button while in your phone book, there should be an option in there to "Copy". Go in there and press "Entries". Select all your contacts, and in the field below that, change it to "Phone". Go back and delete all the contacts from youe SIM, and you're done. (If you don't delete them from your SIM, you will have duplicate entries for each contact in your list.)
