    so i got a new moto v3 from the factory and am using my tmobile sim.
    ive tried to download music through a website but when i go to contact my browser through the text it gets like 4% then fails. But i can download wallpapers very easy? whats wrong help me this is killing me!

    cant help you,but just a question, you bought your phone from the factory, where did you buy it from, and it your paperwork and manual in english?
