Hey. I need your help guys.

My motorola phone got wet last night. it wasn't really submerged underwater. it was lying on the table and well, some water got splashed into it. when i turned it on, it worked fine but then the screen later on starts to jumble up the images. when i turned it off, then on again, it was fine. then later, it would jumble up again. i turned it off and left it the entire night as is. the next morning, when i turned it on, all i saw was white light. everything seems to be working. i can even call and all that stuff. i guess the problem is with the screen.

then, today, i blow dried it and checked it again. the top 1/4 of the screen has returned though the text and images are inverted, meaning the text and images only made sense when looked at in its reflection on a mirror. i turned it off again and continued blow drying it. once thats over, i left it under a normal electric fan.

question is, will it get fixed? any help would do.

Hate to say it, but if it hasn't started working after 24 hours, it probably isn't going to, and your going to have to probably buy a new phone.

Well, it worked okay the next day, which is today. not exactly worked but it functions except for 3/4 of the screen. the top part of the screen is okay except that the text displayed is displayed backwards.

Umm, i heard that it may take days for a wet phone to dry up so i guess i just have to wait and see. and is it possible for the repair people to just replace the screen since the phone still works, except for 3/4 of the screen.

I would say to take the battery out, and leave the phone in front of a fan/under a fan to completely dry the entire phone...inside and out. If it doesnt start to work within the next 2 days, your screen is ****ed and you'll have to probably take it into a pro to have it fixed/replaced.
