I am new to the forum, please forgive me if this question has been handled before. I have a motorola v551 cell phone with bluetooth, but the bluetooth will not connect to any bluetooth devices. We have purchased the software and adapter for pc to phone, and I have a new laptop complete with bluetooth card. I also have a bluetooth headset HS850 which is supposed to be compatible with my phone. The phone can be set into the discovery mode, but after that, it's nothing. my laptop found the cellphone, but the two will not connect for some reason. Is there something I'm missing? I have talked with the guys down at our local cingulare wireless, a couple of times, once I was told there might need a patch for my software, but I haven't been down there since I got the laptop or headset. Do you have any suggestions?
