#5 | | Newbie | I had the same problem. Just call verizon's customer service... than talk to a rep. ask them to block the number. The hard thing is.. waiting for a rep, it took me almost an hour. But good luck with that one. | | |

#6 | | Junior Member | It seems like there should be a fairly easy way for them to make this kind of feature available. I would love to be able to completely block a number. I've had the same number for 7 years so I wouldn't even think of changing it at this point. | | |
