how to block a number

Yeah, this guy keeps agrivating me, how do i block his number from calling me permanently? i need to know ASAP

you can't, all you can do is change your number.

Or save his number in your phonebook and set his ringtone to silent, he'll get the message

who is your service provider... Verizon allows a few blocked numbers (for text at least)

I had the same problem. Just call verizon's customer service... than talk to a rep. ask them to block the number. The hard thing is.. waiting for a rep, it took me almost an hour. But good luck with that one.

It seems like there should be a fairly easy way for them to make this kind of feature available. I would love to be able to completely block a number. I've had the same number for 7 years so I wouldn't even think of changing it at this point.

I think it will eventually now that cell phones are even taking the place of landlines...

yes, they can change the number for you...

sometimes you can call forward a call when it comes form a specific number

that doesn't block or keep the number from calling.
