    Hey there guys I was hoping someone could answer my question, lets say for example i got a new RAZR V3c (CDMA) Verison phone that is unlocked. Can this be used on any CDMA cell provider? for example telus or tbay tel, something like that?

    If the phone is unlocked, then yes, you can use it on any providers network. You will not however get a cellphone from Verizon and have it be unlocked.

    As far as I know, all CDMA phones are locked to their corresponding providers.

    yah, I thought though that after like my contact was up with say verizon that i could get it unlocked by them for a small fee, or some thing like that.

    No, your contract doesn't have anything to do with unlocking a phone. CDMA phones cannot be unlocked, only GSM(which means not Verizon).
