How to put my music in my handset by using iDEN CompanionPro Software?

Recently, I bought USB DATE CABLE with a CD! I had installed iDEN CompanionPro Software in my computer, but i dont know how to use?
i had connected my cell phone to my PC, my cell phone is motorala i 870
that compatible to USB.
if someone know it, please tell me, thanx very much for your help

well i don't use the companionPRO. i use WEBJAL to transfer ringtones, wallpaper, and java apps to my phone. try this website for step by stem instruction on how to do it.
