Hmm...this is odd. I went in and checked under Initial Setup, Time & Date, and there is on AutoUpdate option. My buddy has a black razor from Cingular, and his has this option. Mine is an unlocked version.
My MotoRazr V3 also did not change for DST. I had it on "Auto/Time/Date". I still had to change it manually. I have T-Mobile service. My 3 other Moto phones also did not change. It was not a big deal to change manually but it was a nuisance. The company says that I have to turn power off then re-start, so I decided to reset manually.

I wonder if T-Mobile forgot that DST was 3 weeks early this year, and failed to update their network so that it would autoupdate the time their subscribers' phones...

As several others have noted, our phones updated perfectly.
