I have a problem. i had my phone in my pocket. I Had taken it out and went to look at the time and when i clicked the button it was just black, nothing showed up and the internal screen works perfect. I have no idea what to do.

Its a Motorola Black Razor from Cingular

Call Cingular, that phone is less then a year old, their warranty dept will replace it for free.
