Can I Use Centennial SIM in Cingular Razor?

my friend got a new phone and said I could have his black cingular razor if i can get it to work.

it should, but you have to unlock his razr to accept your sim, rather than cingular sims.

Sahnees, as n1ckel pointed out, you need to get your phone unlocked, you can get this done at most independent cell phone shops for about $20.
