Moto E815 Start-Up

Hey all, need some help with a bit of a tricky situation.

I find guides very lacking for the Bell E815 so I am trying most of what I do on my own. I found the Star-Up music on BitPim and proceeded to back it up. I replaced it with one of my own that didn't work. I then deleted it and loaded the ogininal, it worked. So i tried again, this time editing the actual backup- cutting out the music and putting in my own then saving it and putting it in, didn;t work. SO I delte that and but the orignial in, only this time it won't work. The folder is Motorola --> System -->ui_start_up_mono.mp_ I've replaced it with the orignial over and over, and ive played it on my computer, the file itself works. the phone just will not play it anymore. anyone have any advice?
