Ultra new here...

Wanted to say hi to everyone and ask what's up? I just got a Boost Mobile Motorola i450 for an early birthday gift yesterday. I'm still learning how to work it and all. I was looking around for some ringtones and stuff...couldn't find anything...they all wanted me to join some club or spam my email address to death. I tried to read the other posts but I was just confused. I don't have a USB cable or anything for my phone...I ain't all up into it like that. I was just wondering if ya'll had any suggestions or tips and tricks to this phone? I don't wanna trick it all out or anything...just want to be able to use it to a good extent. Been checking out ebay for faceplates...don't like the gray too much...is that the cheapest place or do ya'll know others? Thanks!

I'm about to buy a USB cable for my phone and a ringtone/wallpaper cd. I tried to buy a ringtone and a wallpaper from the www.boostmobile.com site but it wouldn't go through. Tried to call Boost but said my wait time would be over 35 mins and then it disconnected me! Anyone else have problems with their customer service? Is it always like that???
