I'm looking into buying this phone and want to know if:

Does it have any issues with bitrate while playing mp3s, will it play constant 320 kbit? will it play variable bitrate?

Will if play mp3's over bluetooth earpiece/headphones?

How's the MP3 playback, will it play shuffled?

1: It's a phone. You're playing it through phone speakers. You don't NEED 320kbit. It would be ridiculous.. variable I don't know about, but again.. you don't need it. I put 96kbit songs on, and you can't tell the difference from a 196. It's just not necessary.

2: no.

3: no shuffle. afaik.
