PTT not Working!!!

Hi People,
This is my first post so bare with me. I just bought a motorola v400p and my PTT wont work, it keeps saying "PTT service not avalible" and i got cingular to actavate the PTT feature. I think the settings are not set up right, my GPRS works. Please HELP

call Cingular again, make sure they have indeed set up your account for PTT.

Cingular did set it up, i checked with them twice. I bought this phone on ebay and its not sold by cingular in the US yet so its not set up to cingular's settings and i cant find them anywhere on the internet.

The settings on PTT are not set up like settings for Media , the phone should have the hardware installed on the handset for PTT to function.

Do you know the settings on a motorola for PTT? like "Server Settings" or "GPRS Settings"???

sounds like you may need to take a ride to a service center and have them take a look at the settings it may be completely different if it was set up to work in another country and may not be able to be used in the US
