phone wont connect with phone tools

I just downloaded mobile phone tools but my motorola c350 wont connect to it. any tips or tricks to get it working?

I was having trouble connecting my razr until I updated the software. Try that hope it helps!

No, the lates version is 4.0.4b and you will definitely need to update to take the fullest advantage of your software.

One more question - Do I need a working internet connection on my phone for this to mobile phone tools to work? I get my service from a place called CU wireless, and they run off of cingular, but as of right now they dont offer working internet on the gsm phones (They Just added GSM to their service a few months ago).

I dont believe that you need a internet connection for the program to work unless u need to update the software in that case you would need to connect to the internet to recieve the live update
