Newbie help for V3C

Newbie question: Just got a Razr V3C, my first Moto phone. There's one configuration that I can't get. I'd like the phone to ring and vibrate at the same time (not vibrate first, then ring). I was able to do this with all my Nokia phones. There are situations where you may miss the vibration or miss the ring but having both increase your chance of not missing a call. Anyboby knows a way to do this?

Unfortunately, the V3c from Verizon does not offer this option. If you are connected through another service, someone esle will have to answer your question.
