I'm on SunCom with the unlimited local data plan. After getting only "File type not recognized" every time I try to go to ANY web page - even any of the ones they have linked from the home page - I called Customer Service.
I was told that the problem is my (THEIR!) phone. I got the standard "our techs are working with the Motorola techs..." response.
I used to be a Verizon CSR and that's exactly the kind of thing the supervisors would tell us to say when we didn't have a clue what was going on.
Am I being jerked around or is this a real issue with these phones on SunCom?
